We are a hub for media, art, innovation, and culture, with a carefully curated event and conference centre space with recreational outdoor spaces.

We have creative offices and meeting spaces which are  complemented by a diverse food and drink court coupled with accommodation facilities and a recreational outdoor space for corporate training or for sports.

Our community includes artists, a radio station social entrepreneurs, wellness center, eateries, painters, glass artists, artisans, framers, sculptors, fashion designers, lecturers, animators, music producers, theater companies, art galleries, recycling artists, tour operators, event agencies, and digital artists.
